Chocolate Brushstroke Cake

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure the class starts on time. All registered students receive a 15% discount on all regular priced items for the duration of the class (certain exclusions apply.) Please present your PAID Class registration sheet to use the student discount.

Supplies for Chocolate Brushstroke Cake Class:

• 6” or 8” cake frosted in white buttercream on covered cake board
• Colored CK Candy Melts-choose red/pink/ white/dark cocoa (like in example) or any 2 colors  of CK Melts + white and dark cocoa for making brushstroke designs.
• 1""-wide food-safe paint or pastry brush
• Baking tray 9x13”
• 3-4 small heatproof bowls
• Waxed / parchment paper

Optional:

• Edible white glitter
• Masking tape
• Cake box to fit your cake to take home
• Paper towels
• Spoon- ex. Teaspoon size
• Apron
• Judi will bring her melting pots and a warming tray
