Enter the exciting world of Fondant. You will learn how to cover a cake with fondant, learn several Fondant/Gum Paste Flowers, and construct a fondant bow. You will also learn tiered cake construction and then apply these skills in a final project.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure the class starts on time. All registered students receive a 15% discount on all regular priced items for the duration of the class (certain exclusions apply.) Please present your PAID Class registration sheet to use the student discount.

  • 1 Pkg. White Fondant (more fondant will be needed throughout the class

  •  1 5 lb package should cover all you need)

  • 9” Rolling Pin (small) with spacer rings

  •  Small Tapered or Angled Spatula

  • Practice Board (from Basic Course)

  • Scissors

  • 2 Tbsp. white vegetable shortening

  • Plastic Wrap

  • Paste or Gel Colors – yellow and pink

  • Roll & Cut Mat

  • Roll of Paper Towels

  • 12” Ruler -Paring Knife or pizza cutter

  •  Round Toothpicks

  • Facial Tissue

  • Decorator Brush

  • Styrofoam Block

  • Wilton Rose Bouquet Flower Cutter Set

  • 8 inch cardboard cake circle

  • 4- gallon-size plastic zipper bags

  • 6- quart-size plastic zipper bags
