Decorating Glaze

This is the recommended recipe for our cookie decorating classes here at Mangelsen's

Ingredients For Decorating Glaze (clear):

1c.powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. Karo syrup-clear
2 Tbsp. water.


Combine ingredients together in a bowl until it's mixed well.
(Stir well each time you use it, even if it has only been 10 minutes since you last used it. If you don’t, the glaze will dry mottled
instead of a clear or solid color. (color can be added if you desire)

White coloring can be added for an opaque icing.
