Floral Clock

Floral Clock DIY Directions:


  • SPC 12"x 12" Pallet
  • Scrapbook Sheet, I used Maggie Holmes in Cherish
  • Modge Podge
  • Walnut Hollow wooden numbers
  • Walnut Hollow clock motor and hands
  • Americana Paint in Pineapple
  • Sponge Brushes
  • Sandpaper pad
  • Exacto knife
  • Drill
  • Double A battery



  1. Apply Modge Podge to front of pallet with sponge brush, make sure your Modge Podge is smooth or your clock surface will be bumpy.
  2. Place your scrapbook sheet on top of your pallet, smooth out any bumpy spots.  Allow to dry for an hour.
  3.  Once your paper is dry, use your Exacto knife to trim the edges and cut slits in between the pallet slats.
  4. Use sandpaper pad to sand the outer edges and the edges in between the slats for a more distressed look.
  5. Using a sponge brush, paint the outer edge of your pallet with the Americana Pineapple paint.  Let Dry.
  6. Paint your wooden numbers with the Americana Pineapple paint, let dry.
  7. Use Modge Podge to adhere your numbers to your pallet
  8. Drill a hole in the center of your pallet and insert the clock motor according to the diagram on the back of the clock motor packaging.
  9. Insert Double A battery and set your time hands.
  10. Enjoy being on time with help from your new clock!

Helpful Hints:

A Minc Mini can be used to add the metallic words to your clock (optional). This clock can be made in any kind of design that you like, Take a peek in our scrapbook section to pick out your favorite colors and designs.
