“Amazing Books and Crafts” (ABC) Club is a class that starts with reading an amazing book. After the book, crafters will create a craft that goes along with the theme of the book. These are crafts designed for our young crafters. In this class, we will read the book Bugs by Bonnie Bader. Each crafter will also decorate a bug house, and create a caterpillar magnet. Bring your love of all things that crawl and smiles.
**Registration includes all the supplies to make the craft & each child gets their own book to take home!

Meet the teacher!Â
My name is Liz Polivka. I was born and raised here in Omaha, Nebraska, and currently live in Millard with my two fur babies. For the last 15 years I have been an alternative curriculum special education teacher for a local school district. Next year, I will be teaching 5th grade. I have worked with a variety of students Kindergarten through 6th grade with a variety of needs. My heart has always been and always will be for kids. I love to see their enjoyment from doing and learning something new. That is what has brought me to Mangelsen’s this summer. I am looking forward to crafting with some amazing young crafters!
