Mangelsen’s will happily return merchandise within 60 days of purchase with receipt. Refunds will be issued in the tender form the item was purchased with or a Mangelsen’s gift card upon request. In the event that a receipt is not available, Mangelsen’s can retrieve any purchases that were made when associated with a Fun Club account.–Due to sanitation reasons the following items are not returnable: edibles, wigs, hats, make-up, costumes, veils & tiaras. Managers reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable.

Mangelsen’s accepts one coupon per customer, per transaction. Percentage off coupons are valid on regular priced items only.

Dollar off coupons may not be used in conjunction with special discounts such as senior, teacher, PTO, student, military, scouts, business or employee discounts.

Merchandise may not have more than one discount applied.

Coupons can be used in conjunction with Mangelsen’s Fun Club Rewards Program.

Teacher Discount – 10% Off with school ID  (all departments)

Art Student Discount – 10% Off with school ID or class list.

Senior Discount – If you are lucky enough to be 55 or older you’ll receive 10% Off (all departments)

Yes, Mangelsen’s is proud to help support fellow local businesses in the Omaha area. That is why we offer a 20% Off B2B discount on regular priced items that will be used for your business. With an account, you may charge purchases to be billed at a later date. You may also use a company check or a company credit card. Business to business accounts can be set up in person Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm or by completing the form below.

To be eligible for a business to business account you will need to provide the information available on this credit form. Upon review and approval the B2B account will be setup.  The office will contact the customer at that time via email regarding the account number, discount and bi-monthly statements.  B2B accounts are due upon receipt. Yes, we do. In order to be eligible for tax exemption, you’ll need to complete a form 13 – Nebraska resale or exempt sale certificate in person. The best time to set up a tax exemption account is Monday – Friday 9 am to 5pm.

We believe in giving back to the Omaha community who has kept us in business for over 55 years. We partner with Omaha-based TAGG (Together A Greater Good) to offer a 5% donation to any TAGG-associated groups. For information on this program, please email us.

Mangelsen’s is proud to be a brick and mortar retail store in the Omaha area. We closed our wholesale division in the early 90’s and we no longer provide wholesale products to purchase. However, we do have a large variety of vendor partners who we work with to provide top quality products for our retail location. Two vendors in particular are especially close to our hearts as David’s brothers are in the wholesale arts & craft business:
