Each board will include three cheeses, three meats, fruits, olives, nuts, home made sweets, and chocolate! Pictured is an example of the board you will build. Each person leaves with their own board! Everything for the class will be provided! Dietary restrictions are available, just notify when signing up for class.

Meet the instructor: My name is Kayla Ross, I am from the small North central Kansas town of Beloit. Currently I live in Gretna, Nebraska with my husband of 7 years, Bj, and our two kids, Isaiah and Naomi. I am a therapist by trade and for the past five have worked at the Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home in Bellevue, Nebraska. Now on to the good stuff. I make charcuterie boards, boxes, tables and cups. I have done so for many years for family and friends at various scales. My great passion is entertaining. I love having people gather around good food and drink. Good food can always bring people together. You could almost consider it my love language. Grapes + Gouda started after an annual wine night at our home. I assembled a large grazing table to be paired with wine. It was a huge success and my husband encouraged me to post a picture on social media. One thing lead to another and I was driving all over Omaha delivering Bosses Day boxes and booking large celebratory grazing tables. It truly has taken on a life of its own and I could not be more thankful to the community of Omaha for embracing my joy for entertaining.
