Meet the Instructor

Alisa has been knitting for almost 15 years, and teaching people for almost as long as she worked her way around as a career services advisor at various American law schools. The Nebraska native has returned, and wants to help you fill those hours of waiting for practices to end, allow you to pursue watching Netflix guilt-free, or just pick up a fun, new skill that can take you in endless directions!  A double Husker alumna who also cheers on the Blue Demons, she loves making things for the knit-worthy in her life and for the community. She also loves to spend time hiking rails near and far, knows to wear a bright hat during hunting season, even if she isn’t so great at selfies!
